EchoAI offers subscription-based services with monthly billing cycles. Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access to features upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Trial Period

New users receive a 7-day free trial period. During this trial, you can use the Service without charge. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply cancel your account before the trial ends, and you will not be charged.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until the period ends
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be issued for the current billing period

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same billing period
  • Technical Issues: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our technical failure
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for a plan you did not select
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your account was accessed without your authorization

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for periods during which you had access to the Service
  • Fees for usage-based features that have already been consumed
  • Charges for services that have been fully delivered
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after the charge date

6. How to Request a Refund

8. Chargebacks
