EchoAI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered voice generation and cloning services. The Service allows users to create, clone, and generate audio content using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

EchoAI offers the following subscription plans:

• Trial: Free 7-day trial with 5 generations and 1 voice clone
• Starter: $49/month - 100 generations/month, 1 voice clone
• Agency: $299/month - 2,000 generations/month, 10 voice clones

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize EchoAI to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (generations per month, voice clones, etc.). Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Attempts to exceed limits will be blocked unless you upgrade your plan.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to create content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EchoAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHOAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
